Our History
In the land of Orito, Putumayo, where oil lay hidden and the ambitions of many gave rise to violence everywhere, a man named Saúl Delgado was born. After overcoming hundreds of difficulties, gaining experience, and determined not to fear the terror induced by criminal organizations operating outside the law, he boldly decided to undertake what is now known as one of the most recognized and leading companies in the provision of oil services in Colombia.
It was on May 24, 1995, that Full Services was officially founded when it obtained a transportation contract with Ecopetrol, making its fleet of trucks and tractor-trailers available, which grew as its revenues and business vision increased. In 1997, Don Saul's eldest son, civil engineer Victor Delgado, joined the company. Together, combining their experience and advanced knowledge and forming a talented team, they managed to begin a phase of diversification that became much more consolidated in 2003 when they acquired a Cooper 550 Work Over machine, which was in poor condition and required a three-year reconstruction effort. Once fully operational, they leased it to the Brisa company, providing Work Over and drilling services within Colombia. This is when Full Services opened its offices in Bogotá, managed by Don Saul Delgado's wife and son, Mrs. Sandra Cisneros and Engineer Victor Delgado.
Today, Full Services has grown to operate in different parts of Colombia, expanding its borders and international relations, with talented teams and an ideal infrastructure to offer a broad portfolio that includes everything related to oil and industrial services, civil works, and certain architectural projects.
